A perennial plant with beautiful, strongly branched, spike-shaped inflorescences. Height 70 cm. It looks good in group plantings on lawns and in mixborders. It is most often used as a biennial. (Verbascum phoeniceum) Sowing: in the ground in may-June. Shoots appear in 14-20 days at t=15-180C. Pick-up in 4 weeks. On a permanent place to plant in the fall or spring. The distance between plants is 30-40 cm. Care: prefers a Sunny place, but tolerates partial shade. Drought-resistant. Any cultivated, well-drained soil. At the end of flowering, cut the flower stalks. It doesn't need shelter. Flowering: from may to September.
