Paulownia Fortune (lat. Paulownia fortunei)

Deciduous tree up to 30 m tall, conical crown; trunk up to 2 m in circumference, straight, gray-brown bark. Young shoots, inflorescences and fruits have a yellowish-brown pubescence.
The leaf petiole is about 12 cm long; the leaf blade is narrow ovate-heart-shaped, sometimes just ovate-heart-shaped, up to 20 cm long. The underside of the leaf is densely pubescent at a young age, later slightly pubescent or even glabrous, the upper side is glabrous.
The inflorescence is a semi-cylindrical narrow and long panicle, about 25 cm long. The pedicel is glabrous. Calyx obovate, 2-2. 5 cm; corolla white, purple or light purple, tubular-funnel-shaped, 8-12 cm long.
The fruit is an oblong or oblong-elliptical capsule, 6-10 cm, the pericarp is woody with a wall thickness of 3-6 mm. Seeds-lionfish, with a diameter of 6-10 mm including the wing.
In nature, it grows on mountain slopes, in forests, mountain valleys, on wastelands up to 2000 m above sea level.
