Black broom (lat. Cytisus procumbens, Cytisus nigricans)
In height, the shrub grows up to one meter. On the surface of the shoots, you can see a lot of short fluffy hairs.
At the ends of the branches there are inflorescences represented by vertical spikes, which consist of 15-30 small flowers of a golden yellow hue.
When the flowering of the blackening broom begins, the flowerbed looks amazing. This species was named due to the fact that during drying the leaves become not green, but black.
