This plant forms groups of 8 or more heads. The dimensions of a single plant are 22 mm long and 15 mm wide. Leaves of equal size. The surface of the leaves is flat or slightly convex.

The overall color is light brownish-green, sometimes with a reddish tinge. On the "face" there are about a dozen (or less) red dots, sometimes reddish lines. Light bluish specks may be present.

Islets are sometimes absent, but they can also be, and in large numbers, light brownish-yellow in color. The flowers are yellow.
