Left-leaved jaundice (Erysimum cheiranthoides).

A species of annual plants of the genus Jaundice of the Cabbage family with a height of 6-120 cm . The root system is rod-shaped, branched.

The stem is straight, branched. The leaves are oblong-lanceolate or lanceolate, broad, with a sharp tip, indistinctly toothed along the edge.

The flowers are small, bright yellow, regular, four-lobed. The pedicels are directed obliquely upwards. Blooms in May—September.

The fruit is a tetrahedral, bicuspid, hairy pod up to 8.5 cm long, with convex leaves. After the seeds ripen, the pods crack.
