Perennial subshrub, 50-60 cm high. Strong aromaticity. Green yield 0.4-0.5 kg/sq.m.

The leaf is small, oval, green, smooth, without a waxy coating. The flowers are small and white. The weight of one plant is 30-40 g.

It is recommended for use of leaves and young stems in fresh (before flowering) and dried (at full flowering) form as a spicy-flavoring seasoning for salads, soups, meat and fish dishes. In folk medicine it is used as a sedative, tonic, and appetite stimulant for diseases of the respiratory tract and digestive system.
