In the south, it is possible to grow Kale as a perennial plant. Covered for the winter vegetable in early spring will please with vitamin greens. Curly leaves, green, purple, red, even almost black, forming a lace, look very impressive. Their surface is smooth or with bubbles. Leaves-rosettes, dispersed along the stem, resembling a stalk, or located on its top, decorate the entire plant. The height of the trunk can be up to one meter. Curly leaves are already distinguished by seedling sprouts of Kale cabbage – according to this feature, it can not be confused with seedlings of other plants. Due to its bright appearance, curly cabbage is often used as a decor-as an element of decorating gardens, vegetable gardens, and suburban areas. In cooking, there was a use for the leaves of a vegetable without a stem, because the stem is too rough. A healthy vegetable can yield a harvest more than once during the season: the place of the collected lacy cabbage leaves will again be covered with leafy green lace.
