The famous Latin American variety of bush beans. A high-yielding, unpretentious variety. The plant is compact, 30-40 cm high. The ripening period is 95 days.
The grains are small, blue-black in color, slightly rough due to a light waxy coating. The taste and texture are rich, saturated.
It is used both in meat and vegetable dishes, in soups and soup mixes, in stews, salads, as well as in fried form.
