Russian black beans are a medium-early variety. The period from germination to technical ripeness is from 60 to 65 days. The plant is up to half a meter long with an erect stem, in rare cases it can form up to 3 branches. On one plant, 6-16 pieces of beans are tied, each of which has a curved shape. The length of the bean – no more than 8 cm, diameter – 1.5-2 cm. Elongated-oval seeds do not crack during maturation and acquire a rich purple color.
