Jalapeno Craig's Grande (C. Annuum)

The largest variety of hot pepper in the Jalapeño varietal line, selected by Craig's. Plants are low, up to 40 cm in height. The growing season is 140–150 days.

The length of the pods is up to 15 cm, the wall thickness is up to 5 mm. The pods are monolithic with a small amount of seeds and voids. At technical maturity they are dark green, then they change to burgundy with a black tint. Tasty and juicy.

According to the Scoville scale, the degree of pungency is up to 2 thousand units.

Excellent for fresh consumption, stuffing and canning in slices.
