This mild-edged pepper comes from the mountains of northern Chihuahua in Mexico. This pepper is used to prepare the famous Mexican dish of Chili Colorado beef.
Similar to other Mexican chocolate peppers Pasilla and Ancho. But different. The taste is sweet, with sourness.
The sharpness is insignificant, no more than 1000SHU. Like other varieties, green can be fried, and ripe can be dried. The bushes are low, up to 60 cm.Not as late as other Mexicans.
