The red color of the leaves is due to the increased content of iodine in the leaves, which promotes the removal of heavy metals from the body and reduces the risk of thyroid disease. The variety is characterized by high resistance to flowering and a long period of economic shelf life. The taste is great, delicate. Practically not affected by rot, resistant to edge burn of the leaf. For long-term preservation of a fresh appearance, it is better to clean the salad in the evening or early in the morning. In the early period of cultivation (spring), the sowing scheme is 30 x 30 cm, in the late period (autumn) - 20 x 20 cm. It is possible to grow all year round in protected ground even under artificial light, and in the open ground it grows perfectly from early spring to late autumn.
