These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of oreshka-seeds.com and purchases from Oreshka Seeds, operated by Krystsina Herasimava, ul. Zadumana 3/5, 02-206 Warsaw, Poland, NIP 7011115414 (“Oreshka Seeds”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We aim to describe and photograph products accurately, but natural seed characteristics, colour, size, quantity tolerances, and packaging may vary. Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, correct errors, update information, or discontinue products at any time.
Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean acceptance. A binding sales contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order. We may cancel or refuse an order because of stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, delivery limitations, or other reasonable grounds. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices and available currencies are displayed at checkout. Applicable delivery charges, taxes, or fees are shown where possible before payment. You authorise the selected payment provider to charge the total shown. Payment services may be governed by separate provider terms.
Processing and delivery
Orders are normally processed and shipped within three working days after payment. Germination and growing results
Seeds are living biological products. Germination and growth depend on storage, age, climate, soil, treatment, sowing method, care, and other factors outside our control. Unless expressly stated or required by law, we do not guarantee germination rates, growth, yield, colour, or other cultivation results. Product and cultivation information is general guidance, not professional agricultural advice.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund rights are described in our Refund and Return Policy and are subject to mandatory consumer law. Contact us promptly at info@oreshka-seeds.com with your order number and supporting photographs or video where relevant.
Acceptable use
